All orders UK orders ship for free. This means all orders which are to be delivered to a UK mainland address.
Any non-sale or non-promotional items purchased from Silverlesque can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, providing it is returned to us in the same saleable condition it was purchased in, with

Any non-sale or non-promotional items purchased from Silverlesque can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, providing it is returned to us in the same saleable condition it was purchased in, with a copy of the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. Any free items given in connection with the item to be returned must also be returned. We will only issue refunds back to the purchaser via the original payment method.
Silverlesque provides free shipping should you need to return your item(s) for any reason. Any damaged items should be returned with all parts originally connected to the item at the time of the original purchase. Please send an email to sales@silverlesque.com stating why you would like to return your item and a returns label will be emailed to you. Please print off the returns label, attach to your package and return to any post office.
